OOAC was founded in 2002 and specializes in records/contents/document management and e-discovery.

OOAC’s HIPAA compliance eligible application “ACVITS © Corporate” is designed to run from the Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud and Public Cloud. The application enables covered entities and business associates subject to the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act to store, archive, collaborate, and protect the health information.

ACVITS© Corporate features include:

• Fine grained access controls at network, instance and application levels
• Comprehensive audit information at the infrastructure and application layers
• Strong integrity controls, including identified user access, encryption at transit and rest, and high durability on contents
• The transmission security uses SSL certificates, and ability to limit access on devices identified by IP address
• Precise data segregation by private, shared folders and access privileges. Using the managed privilege feature, a user can setup a control mechanism on the shared file and folders to limits its usage by recipients
• The application features easy records migration. By design the application runs files migration by ten parallel jobs
